The Career Planning Milestones is the second embedded Transformative Learning Experience. To “Complete Your Journey:” Career Planning Milestones, students need to meet the Career Planning Milestones for each year The Career Center will track students’ completion of career planning activities.

Baseline measure (for each KPI): previous year’s completion rate
Current/most recent data (for each KPI): 941 (2023-24)
Goal or targets (for each KPI): Increase participation in career milestones
The Milestones were revised in 2021. Of our 2024 graduates, 86% completed the Career Milestones program.
