The University System of Georgia is hosting Spring Corequisite Academies in two regional sites to facilitate broader faculty participation and reduce the distance teams will need to travel to participate. The Academies will be largely the same in their programming and provide ample opportunities for interaction with peers and sharing of best practices, pedagogy, and successes. We are asking institutions to select the site that makes the most sense for them and coordinate and register their participants as a team.
Georgia Southwestern State University Americus, Georgia
The Academies will both begin at 9:00 am and conclude by 4 pm, with considerable time for interactive sharing with peers. The program will include recent efforts from institutions, table discussions on addressing shared challenges, current understanding of the state of Corequisites from the System, and opportunities for individuals to learn from peers in role-alike conversations. More detailed agendas will be available soon.
