The STEPS initiative began in fall 2012 as a collaboration between Academic Affairs, Academic Support Services, and Residential Life as an effort to increase the persistence and retention of residential students.
Supplemental Instruction provides structured, student-facilitated help sessions for students enrolled in courses that traditionally have high DFW rates.
Provide services and support to students that will help them engage in the college culture and succeed in their academic programs.
