Videos were developed to allow inclusion of workshops within online CATS courses to address the three deficiency areas: time management, study skills, and learning styles. The process must be expanded to include co-requisite courses to ensure first-year students are adequately prepared for academic success.
Professional advisors have become student Success Coaches to expand the academic guidance of students. This will allow for more one-on-one meetings to contribute to student engagement.
